Every person is unique. Nobody is perfect. Individuality is all that matters.
Acknowledging these facts is a huge step in learning to love yourself, and that's a huge step in growing up.
I personally believe that regardless of the fact that nobody is perfect, everyone is beautiful. The imperfections that we strive to rid ourselves of make us beautiful. In order to (hopefully) help you come to terms with your own personal quirks and unique "imperfections", I've posted a video about all of mine.
