So after having my mini meltdown about my weight I did some research and discovered green tea apparently helps encourage weight loss.

  Since then I have increased my green tea consumption to about 4+ cups a day. Mainly for weight loss, yes, but the health benefits are definitely a good reason too. I personally enjoy the taste, but there are plenty of green teas that have been flavored to make them more enjoyable.

  My main question is, does it actually help with burning fat?
