How to Fight Depression!

Here are my tips, some simple things that I do when a) I run out of meds and start going crazy or b) have a shitty week and feel depressed.
I really hope this helps you beautiful people! <3 nbsp="" p="">And remember, you deserve to be happy! You deserve better! Don't let anybody tell you otherwise (even though I did and I'm sure a LOT of you are right now) just remember I am always here for you, I am part of your support network and I want to help you!


  1. I've had bouts of depression on and off since I was a boy. Unexplainable attacks of doom and gloom, they come out of nowhere. I don't believe in drugs, so I've tried different ways to cope. I found some great programs from this website:

    I don't think I've cured myself of depression, and I honestly don't think that's possible, but my attacks aren't as severe now and don't last as long. Give it a try, might help you as well. Peace and Love.

  2. I am 22 and had some issues with anxiety and depression a year ago, I started taking fluoxetine and stopped last month due to side effects. I accidentally found this video on youtube searching for "prozac" and others of you talking about your depression, was it hard when you went off fluoxetine some years ago?, I would like not to take it again because the side effects are not very nice..
