I'm a YouTuber.
You may very well be a YouTuber yourself, or perhaps a blogger, avid Facebooker, or maybe just a consumer of content.
Perhaps you're a consumer of content that likes particular content creators.
And view that content regularly.
Let's say you have watched almost all of my videos, know lots about me, love me, whatever.
But we've never met.
Is it your fault if I get scared?
Absolutely not.
Once you put yourself on the internet, it's there for people to do with as they please. You made the decision to post content. You therefore should be able to take all that comes with that.
