This is the second entry in the series and is all about telling others to have a good day.
I know what it's like to wake up on the wrong side of the bed. You've got a big day ahead of you and you don't want to get up. You've got things going "wrong" all over the place and all you can think of is your problems and yourself. The last thing on your mind is how someone else is feeling, but it should be!
When you send out positive energy, it doesn't just leave and get absorbed by the person you send it to. They receive your positive energy and send out positive energy in response... Think of it as a full cup of water. So the water that was already in the cup reaches the brim, you pour a little bit more in, and water spills out.
So when you're telling someone to have a good day, or wishing them good luck with something they're doing, you're not only telling them to have a good day, you're telling you to, as well! You can think of it as karma; what you give out, you receive. If you don't believe me, try putting a smile on the face of someone you care about and not be filled with warmth!
