WHY DID I THINK THIS WAS A GOOD IDEA?!
So when my diet changed to add more egg whites and eliminate some almonds I was a little disappointed, so I thought "maybe if I eliminate all yolks and bump up my almonds, it'll work too".
Well, I ran out of whole eggs and am currently trying scrambled egg whites.
They don't taste altogether bad, but cooking them was weird, looking at them scares me and every thing about it seems wrong on levels I can't even BEGIN to explain.
