So as I mentioned this morning I am back on the
vlogging bandwagon (woohoo!) and while I did record footage talking about my workout for whatever reason that clip has gone missing, so I decided to be an amazing person and run you through the quick program of what I did!
FILTHY FIFTY!

Burpees
Situps
Glute Bridges
Commandos (only did 10 each arm)
